The NRA has given Zack Scrivner an outstanding “A+” rating for his years of unwavering dedication to the 2nd Amendment. As a City Councilman, Scrivner championed and helped pass a resolution encouraging the U.S. Supreme Court to rule that the Second Amendment provides an individual right to bear arms, and that no government should be able to infringe upon that right.
